We bought this for my four year old for Christmas. I didn’t want to spend a lot because I know inevitably she is going to break it. So far we have had no problems. She likes it and I even find myself using it from time to time. All in all I think it was a good value for the money.

The only problem we’ve encountered is that there is no way to properly turn the device off without using the remote. You should STOP the DVD before turning off the power. The only control physically on the player is PAUSE/PLAY so you have to use the remote to STOP. This is very inconvenient. The player works great otherwise.
